Intro to Watercolor - Postcard Stationery

When: July 22nd, 7pm
Location: The Commons at Phase

Join us for a fun evening learning the art of watercolor with me and Make+Do Community Workshops! In this introductory workshop, we’ll learn all the watercolor basics + techniques, and after hands-on practice + step-by-step instruction, we’ll put our new skills to the test + create a final piece to take home!

This is a beginner’s workshop and no experience is needed. This workshop will be hosted at The Commons at Phase.

After this workshop, you’ll:

  • Know the best materials/brushes to use for watercolor

  • Understand basic watercolor painting techniques (solid wash, wet on wet, wet on dry)

  • Know basic color theory and color blending

  • Create 5 pieces of watercolor postcard stationery

About the Venue The Commons at Phase is whatever size meeting room you need, they’ve got it. The Commons has rooms that seat up to 5 people, 600 people, and everything in-between. The Commons is the perfect place for your next meeting. Each meeting room features a monitor for screen sharing and a white board for all of your brainstorming sessions.

What happens if I need to cancel?The workshop fee is non-refundable because the materials are purchased ahead of time for each person.
